Today I had received my 2TB Toshiba Hard Drive from Amazon.com and am currently moving my backed up files from the 1TB to the 2TB Hard Drive.  The Hard Drive purchased is a " Toshiba Canvio Basics 2TB Portable External Hard Drive USB 3.0 ." I decided to purchase the 2TB since I knew I would need something bigger then just a 1TB plus the reason I had purchased a 2TB Toshiba Hard Drive is because I already own 2 1TB hard drives of the same type. First off the way I download mp4 files is by using a free addon for my firefox browser called "Video DownloadHelper" which I have been using for years now. Next I have a place where I download all new downloads to when using this addon. I have a folder in the videos section where I download all downloads from this addon. Once I have the downloads for a specific TV Show done I rename them by season with a free program called "Rename My TV Series" I have been using this program for a few years as well.  Example: I just downloaded a TV show called "This Is Us" I now have all 6 seasons.  I found them on a free streaming site and then I downloaded them. Once they had been downloaded I then changed the name of the files from random text to the actual TV show name with season number and episode number and episode title all in the file name. Here is my plan to organize using items I already have in my front bedroom. First, I found two $3.00 packs of "Full Load Laundry - Assorted Storage Bins". The sizes of the bins are: - 1 9.3X6.3x1.9 - 1 9.3x3.1x1.9 - 3 3x3x1.9 I purchased these on clearance for $1.50 about two years ago. I have had them for a while but haven't used them because I didn't have anything with drawers in my rooms. However, I found a smaller 3-drawer bin with a lifting top that has been sitting in the front bedroom unused. I plan to use these bins in the drawers for my hair accessories and small jewelry pieces. I also have a larger white 3-drawer organizer that is currently in the living room with stickers or something in it. I plan to empty it out and use it on top of my wood-looking file cabinet to place my charging hub and extra desk accessories. I will share pictures of the before and after once I have completed this.

Today, I will be working on creating a few batch files and organizing them as well. The files are very simple to make and organize. Here are the names of the files I will be creating: - Move Wallpapers - Move MP4s - Move MP3s - Move Trailers - Move JPG - Move PNG I know it may sound like a lot, but I believe this will greatly help me with organizing my files. I plan to keep these files in one folder on the desktop, hide all desktop icons and folders, and pin the "Folder" for my batch files on the left sidebar for Windows 11 Explorer. Today, I will be customizing my "Bonjourr Extension". There are several things that can be changed on the extension. I have decided to set up a few extra Google Chrome accounts. You don't need a Google account for each and every account; you can have them set up for random stuff. I will explain more about the reasons for having more than one "Chrome Account" in another post. Starting out, I made a Chrome account for shopping with just a Yahoo! Mail account. Then, I decided to create a free texting and calling phone number to create a Gmail account, so I can have a Gmail account for shopping as well. I signed into my new Chrome account, which was only using a Yahoo! Mail free account, and then I used that email address to create a free texting and calling number. Today I have learned a few things that have made things a bit easier for my video file renaming. As well as how to organize my files and icons a bit more rather then having them all over my my main desktop screen.  The first thing I learn was how to use Bulk Renamer Utility to rename files by using a TXT file. For renaming my movies. I normally will rename the files by copy as path and then edit the names inside Notepad++ one movie at a time and then copy and paste into the Bulk Renamer Utility. But by using the Bulk Renamer Utility with a TXT file it makes it much faster and easier.    I have also learned how to save a folder to my windows 11 taskbar which I have not fully figured out before. But by watching a youtube video I have found out how to save the folder to my taskbar which makes getting my ahk "Auto Hotkeys" into one place much easier.
